It’s true that we live in a sports culture, but once again, college football coach Joe Paterno is at it again, saying something dumb and putting his foot in his mouth by condoning bad behavior on the part of one of his players. Then there is quarterback Marcus Vick who was suspended from Virginia Tech after stepping on the leg of an opposition player. Why is it that we reward bad sportsmanship?
