In the case of the Christian Legal Society v. Martinez, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled today that a law school in California is allowed to deny recognition to a Christian student group that bars admission to homosexuals. Rob Boston, senior policy analyst at Americans United joins us to discuss the ruling. Later, in McDonald v. Chicago, the High Court extended its landmark 2008 ruling that individual Americans have a constitutional right to own guns to all the cities and states for the first time. Dave Workman, senior editor at Gun Week, a magazine publication for the Second Amendment Foundation joins us.
